Next few games are huge for seedingNeed to get a few more wins, to get out of 8-9 range. Getting to a 6 seed would be huge, and to do so I'd think we'd need 4 more wins or so, including conference tourney. Do not want to potentially face a 1 seed in the second round.

I think we are projected to be at a 7 seed as of now. "We will play man to man and we will pick you up at the airport." - Larry Brown

Ha Pony up!
Re: Next few games are huge
CBS still has us as a 9 seed. Said it was updated this morning. Pony up!
Re: Next few games are huge for seedingWe win out, and win the Conference tourney, I would think we have a good shot to be seeded as high as a 3 seed.
Beat the hell out of anybody!
Re: Next few games are huge for seedingthere is no telling where the committee will put us but we are a legit top 25 team so no reason we shouldn't be in contention for a 5-6 seed right now. We have to beat Louisville at home and win one game in conf tourney but if we do, anything worse than a 7 seed would be a slap in the face to Larry Brown. And to America itself.
Re: Next few games are huge for seedingRPI Forecast projects that SMU would be ranked 13th in RPI if we win out and win the conference tourney.
See 28-6 line in the RPI forecast by final record section. This has not been updated for yesterdays games, but I doubt it would change much. http://www.rpiforecast.com/teams/ct/SMU.html
