I think he has done a really good job in helping develop Nic. He just got a shout-out on CBS regarding this.

my buddy from cleveland wears an eric snow cavs jersey to the games and snow signed it and took a picture with him. Really cool guy and I think he does wonders working with young players.

he needs to go deep in the game before he gets two, and MK needs to also make it to at least 15 min in before he picks up 2.

The staff and Snow has done a great job with Nic; however, in the USF game Nic made more bad decisions than I have seen in a while. Hopefully, Eric will be on him re his decisions.
