Hardline just spent their last segment today talking up the Louisville game, that they will be broadcasting live from Moody and about us being ranked #18. Corby said "if you think it's been a scene at Moody the past few weeks, wait until Wednesday night. It will be the place to be seen."

Well, it happened again. Hardline just finished a segment on SMU basketball. They were talking about how much tickets for tomorrow night's game are on the secondary market. Corby said, and this seems almost unbelievable, the Louisville game is the second most expensive game per ticket in the Dallas this year. The only game higher was Mavs/Heat that averaged $184 per ticket. Currently the Louisville tickets are selling at an average of $175 each. Absolutely insane. Also, they interviewed LB today and will air it during tomorrow's show.

btw, for those of you out of town are probably wondering why I'm making such a big deal about this but the Ticket has been around for twenty years and they have done more segments on SMU in the last two months than they had in their entire twenty year history, and what they say carries a lot of weight in this market.

The ticket literally craps rating points that ESPN Dallas would kill for. They dominate Dallas radio, period.

Said moody was rocking, smu started out great, but louisville is the defending national champ and we couldn't overcome. Pumped Brown, crowd, and celebrity attendance

Craig Junior Miller did a great segment on his Moody experience this morning. Listed all of the celebs/athletes/media personalities in the house and again just gushed about the entire experience. Commented on the beer sales - only 4 vendors with incredibly long lines - and Rich supported his theory that SMU is somewhat trying to control just how much is being sold.
He didn't talk a lot about the game itself (at least that I can recall), but just loves the fact that there's big time college basketball in Dallas. He's been to 3 games this season and said that's the most college basketball he's seen live in the last 20 years.
His final observation was about all of the gorgeous women in the crowd - said it topped any other sporting event. Every time they showed a crowd shot, 9 out of 10 of the girls were drop dead gorgeous in his opinion...great stuff!

George Dunham wasn't at the game, but he was at the Palomar last night and saw Pitino at the bar there.

Can't wait to hear the Hardline's segment this afternoon since they stuck around for the game. And of course Corby's wallet was "stolen" (he has a knack for losing it). I saw him doing a wireless interview with the lovely lady who was handing out game programs so I'm sure that was amusing.
