@jeffgreer_cj: Rick Pitino on SMU/Moody Coliseum: "I’m real proud of our guys because this was a real tough environment. Obviously they serve alcohol here"

@ChuckCarltonDMN: MT @ChipMahaney: From Louisville coach Rick Pitino about SMU fans. "I haven't read their catalog. I'm not sure it's a religious school."

Seems like a real jerk. No need for the smart [deleted] comments. Plus he's not the one to be talking about religion.

And his own fan group behind his bench must have had too much. That would be the excuse for the classless middle finger waving.
It makes sense to me.

F him and his team. Nothing but classless guys over on that sideline (and in the stands).

Did you intend to quote his SMU regarding religion comment at halftime?
It was pretty good.
It went something like, " I'll have to go and check their catalogue, cuz I don't think this is a religious school"...
alluding to the berating he was taking from the students.

EDIT: Ahhh, their you go, I see you edited the post.

Louisville and their fans exist in their own world. They don't have a clue about what else is going on in the sport.

Actually, Louiseville fans are no different than Kensucky fans. . . Only difference is one wears red, and the other wears blue

This. A lot of family trees that look like a telephone pole. They're just mad because big brother is a legit blue blood.

So what changed your mind? His comments?

I thought his comments were right on the money, kind of amusing. I believe the hecklers probably appreciate his comments don't you think?
