Wouldn't get a lot of minutes? Are we talking about a different Myles Turner? I doubt we get him, but SMU is a great spot for him.

Probably not going to happen... but how great would it be if Myles Turner announced his commitment at Moody today along with the announcement that SMU is in the NCAA Tournament? More National TV Exposure for SMU! Is Mudiay attending the event at Moody today? Any 2015 Recruits attending?

I understand that it is more likely that Turner announces his commitment at the McDonald's All-American Game. A man can dream

We have heard 2 "sources" now, that claim Turner will chose SMU. Have there been any others claiming that he is going to announce to other schools? I don't think so.

Myles doesn't play forward. He's a true center and Yanick is the only true center on our roster.

I generally have problems reading, but it says he's closing in on his decision, not that he's picking SMU. Not really risky.

Not really. Read it again "Myles Turner is closing in on a decision to sign with the SMU basketball program". If he picks Okie State, they can argue that he did close in on his decision to sign with SMU...and the decision was to play elsewhere.
