I doubt that Arkansas St., will have near as many people for the SMU game, as they did for Memphis. If you wussies sit in your FF and G sections, you will be on the home season ticket side around the goal line. Either way, you will be sitting with Indian fans, and if you don't sit on the east side, the team won't even know you're there! That picture Arkst fan posted, was from the south endzone, their AD told me the band sits on the 30 yard line (south side of the 50)) and students sit on both sides of the band. We should just sit around the 30-35 yard line, on the NORTH side of the 50 yard line. Look, let's act like fans for once, and get together on this!

While there wont be the same crowd as for Memphis. The Student Crowd should be around the same...the difference is that the upper deck wont be full
As long as you can put up with the heckling, we dont care where you sit. Just realize that the students wont be saying nice things to your players...

hard to say. the thing to remember is that ASU is a suitcase campus, and also has a pretty high number of older adults enrolled trying to get a degree.
2,000 or so would be my best guess, maybe less. Students get in free to games and only have to scan their ID card. No tickets are involved , so keeping an acurate count is hard

and as for encouraging you to stay away from the east side. Its for our own security.
some sun belt fans in the past have gone over to the student side and sat down, gotten heckled them complained to the conference that our students treated them rudely. So we were just making sure you knew what you were getting into in advance.

Just don't want a bunch of complaining about loud and obnoxious students.
I'd guess about 2,000 students will show up.
My son is a freshman and he says there isn't nearly the talk this week that there was last week and most of it is students vowing to be at the Thursday night Memphis game.
