I have to think it's a joke. Like the handle he chose for himself.

I'd have been there.

I WAS there with 3 friends. Still trying to do MY part. I also made the Basketball game afterward with one of my friends. It was a VERY long day, but being a loyal fan I will show up as much as possible. I was VERY HAPPY to see that Rhodes got a chance to play. I hope he plays in the last game against Memphis. I would have liked to have seen more of Butler. Maybe the next coach will give him the chance to strut his stuff, because I think he may have that extra something!

Yeah, well you live in Farmer's Branch. I live 500 miles away. I'm not going to shell out $1,000 to watch poo-poo get flushed down the toilet.

I was there. If we had 10k then the luxury suites must have been packed.

Not even close to 10,000. And anyone who remembers the first game at Ford Stadium knows it didn't ruin anything.

First we were playing a school which quite frankly isn't well known in Texas and which wasn't going to bring many fans. Second, we were 1-9 going into the game. What did you expect? 20,000?

To give an idea to anyone who wasn't at the game how empty it really was. I went to the concession stands at the end of the third quarter and not only did they have ALL the menu items still available, but they had ample supply of credit card paper as well.

So don't you say we haven't made any improvements this season.

I was there. And that game was played on a Thursday night! It was also Rhett Bomar's first game at QB for the Bearkats.

If it was a Thursday night, you caught the Sam students before they went home for the weekend or to College Station. I believe Bomar is hurt so Sam and they aren't drawing crowds like that anymore. I'll be curious to see how many fans Rice draws against their old coach at Tulsa. Hopefully it's more than the 11K announced for the Tulane game.
