Translation: GSP admits he was hasty and wrong, but doesn't have the spine to say it.

Darius Johnson upgraded to 5.7-just where I thought he should be since he was at 5.4.

On the other hand Scout has him ranked as the 278th best Receiver in the Country. Why even have a ranking system if you aren't going to do a better job than that.

from the man who declared or bball season over after our 4th or 5th game of the year

After the Rice game, I think that prediction is looking pretty solid. Hope Im wrong but unlikely.

Sure - you made the prediction, then you backed off of it after the TAMU-CC rout, now you're on it again, and the next time we win, you'll back off again.

I said if they beat Colorado and UTEP, then we may have something. Well, did they beat UTEP? I hope you remembered that part. Apparently, you didn't.

Believe what you want to believe.

Ya'll spend far too much time trying to one-up each other.

Well, he's misleading the public on my comment. And I reminded him of what was said. Maybe he's been drinking too many of his avatars. I dunno.

In fact, here's exactly what I said after the A&M-CC game,

"I hope I'm wrong about this stuff. Do any you think my postings have been for my advocating failure? And I've been unmercifully [deleted] the program. I had every right to be based on the clown performance in Fort Worth and the inexcusable losses to UTSA and UAPB.

But let's just hold tight. If they beat Colorado and UTEP, then we may have something.

That said, I'm glad for them that they won.

As I've said, McCoy is a great player but he will be gassed by February if there isn't help provided."

And if you knuckleheads think that's backing off, your interpretation is different from mine.

You gave a death sentence to the 2008-09 basketball season, then gave yourself a caveat with winning two particular games. You backed off.

Not wrong at all. He's exactly right.
Keep back-pedaling, cadet.

So don't shade your eyes, just

Can we quit arguing with TheBigElevenGivesMeAChubby or whatever his name is now? If we just ignore him then we can get back to worrying about the Sand Aggies stealing Darrius.
