Bethany, needs a promotion. Throughout the years my dealings with our university staff have been for the most part less than stellar. Bethany is an exception.

Randell is gone is news to me. He always did a good job for me and called back quicjkly with answers.
I hope he found something better that made more money.

Luckily I have season tickets and don't have to wait in those 30 minute lines during the kickoff.

I'll give Bethany a shout next time. I just hope they get more help and can be efficient.

Too bad. I really liked Randell too. I ws looking forward to telling him 'No thank you' when he called about basketball tickets this year.

In all seriousness, I have nothing but positive things to say about Bethany in dealing with my tickets over the years, and any problems that might come along as well.

I have to throw my support behind Bethany as well. For me, she went above and beyond to coordinate three different ticket groups so that I could sit with my friends.
