I dont think its the weather that benefits the faster team. Its being faster that benefits the faster team. That is why the Big ten will stay sucky.
How much more evidence do you need then their record vs almost every conference in bowl games for the last TEN years?

yes - Big ten is 28-41 in 2000 - 2009 - does not include this last round of bowl results - which is going to make it even worse.
In BCS games only - Big ten was 6-11 BEFORE this year. SEC was 12-3 in the same period.
I'd tell you how many BCS bowls CUSA has won - but there havent been any.
Phil Steele has Big ten ranked as the 6th best conferecne based on last 10 years of bowl games - BEFORE they got drilled this past year. Only BCS conference worse was ACC - and that may change after this year.
