Im not sure how to answer this without being offensive.

Good rape would be waking up to a beeej in the middle of the night.

Bad rape would be Shawn Jackson bending JJ over in a dark alley and doing bad things to him while he begged him stop and cried.

But yeah..good rape sounds like a win win according to this definition.
