Re: More BYU BE talk
Latest Update I have found:
"Big East trying to get final commit from BYU today. They would fill in for AF at this point. Boise will then finalize & we can announce. AF too slow, but still committed.
So AFA is still "committed" as is Navy, but to stop the speculation and aid recruiting, etc. they want an announcement soon, hopefully this week with BYU, Boise State, SMU, UCF, and Houston. Navy and AFA academy to follow in week or so unless better options surface while they dither. Temple, ECU and SDSU pushing hard for their shot."

Did you really just copy and paste directly from the rivals premium board?
Bad. Very bad.

First of all don't do that for the integrity of the site as it is not free information. The source of that information was very adamant about the information staying on that board only. Also, it is a good idea to site your source when you get information. Otherwise it is stealing.

"Stealing"
Settle down. Last I checked I paid for that information by it being a paid site to be on in the first place.
I was never under any understanding that information listed on a message board was so dam secretive and I certainly wasn't trying to hide the fact that I found the information elsewhere.
I like following Ponyfans and Rivals. What I choose to do with the information on these boards is up to me, but thanks for having so much concern.

Re: More BYU BE talk
FYI: Terms of service
"The material on the Premium Ticket Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited. Rivals and its publishing partners spend a great deal of time and money to obtain the information appearing on its web sites. Subscribers agree that they will not copy, publish, or in any way make available publicly any news, pictures, interviews, features, or any other information from Rivals web sites, without express written permission from Rivals. Subscribers agree that, should they do so, Rivals reserves the right to cancel their subscription immediately without refund. Additionally, reuse of copyrighted information (pictures, interviews, features, videos, audio, etc.) will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
Heres the smart thing to do, say you heard it from someone else and deny ever reading that specific article. Always cry innocence.

Re: More BYU BE talk
You may disagree, but the ability for you or anyone else to get that paid material will be negatively impacted if you choose to tell anyone and everyone what is supposed to be premium content.
Not to mention that you're paying for the content, not the right to distribute it....much like if you have professional photography done.
If you can't tell that you're in the wrong on this, I guess you're just a flawed guy. Sorry.

Im sure hes not going to do it again, he was trying to help out those who are too cheap (like me) to pay 120 bucks a year for rumors. I guess if I were to pay that much I feel like it was little my property if you know what Im saying. Nevertheless Terms of Service cleary states that posting premium information is wrong.
