TCU didn't grow their fan base overnight. Give it time. Going to the Big East will help a lot as well.

I agree with Barrister...up until about 5 years ago I was almost always disappointed with our home attendance despite all of the wins. It basically took 5+ years of winning 8-10 games per season before we grew our base. And not having regional conference mates affects small private schools a heck of a lot more than larger state schools.
