So you are willing to sacrifice 3 recruiting classes to bring in mike stoops?
\When you can waste 0 recruiting classes and either end up with a star HC or go and get mike stoops in 3 years with a team full of good players

You're making several assumptions. The first being that Klemm will be a star HC. Nothing is 100% in life. The second is you are expecting this fan base to have patience to understand that a brand spanking new HC (never been a coordinator) will have many ups and downs. What happens if he took over next year and we go 3-9? Second year 5-6? People around here have gotten use to winning. They don't want to see that.

You're also making the assumption that Mike Stoops can't recruit or put together a staff that could. Something tells me, the first year might be tough, but you'd be surprised moving forward.

You just made my argument...We dont knwo whether he will be good or not, but we have 12 months to get him ready.
If he has that record first 2 years, you get rid of him...go hire stoops or whatever guy you want to hire...

at least you havent left the pantry empty for the next head coach...

Current situation the way you want it...2012 recruits dont come because JJ and AK will both be gone, 2013 is scrapped because why would JJ and crew recruit for a school that they wont be at, and by the time we get Stoops or whomever in place in 2014, we have given half that class away.

Mora Jr as HC could be announced as early as tomorrow, as per UCLA board.

Or it's talent. And, he didn't recruit them.

He's a great recruiter. And might have all the makings for being an excellent head coach. You can groom him. You can support him. It doesn't mean he is ready next year or the year after. It could be 5 years down the road when he is actually ready. Stop trying to force a situation.

I figured your earlier post was sarcasm but you had me scratching my head. Thanks for the resolution.
