2000 Holiday Bowl - UT vs. Oregon
2006 Cotton Bowl - TT vs. Alabama
2010 Armed Forces Bowl - SMU vs. Army
2011 Compass Bowl - SMU vs. Pitt
The Cotton Bowl was really cool but the Compass Bowl was the most enjoyable.

2008 Gator Bowl (Texas Tech v. Virginia)
2009 Cotton Bowl (Texas Tech v. Ole Miss)
2010 Armed Forced Bowl (SMU v. Army)
2011 Ticket City Bowl (Texas Tech v. Northwestern)
Wish I could have made it to Hawaii, but the family was already booked to go to the Olympics 2 months later and could not afford the trip or missing Christmas morning with a 2 year old.
And would have been at last year's bowl but for the fact that I had a baby on December 20.

2004 - (again as it was before new years) Miami / Florida

Not very many, unfortunately.
2005 Cotton Bowl - Tennessee vs. A&M
2009 Independence Bowl - Georgia vs. A&M
2010 Armed Forces Bowl - Army vs. SMU
None of the games were particularly that good, but I'd have to say I liked the atmosphere of the Cotton Bowl the best. Glad that I got to see one of them in the original stadium before it moved to the Death Star.

That 2009 independence bowl was freaking COLD as hell.
At least with a t-shirt, jeans, and sandals...
