How many Bowl Games have you been to ?

I have been to only one and that was the 83 Cotton Bowl. In the freezing sleet, I saw so many great players, such as Eric Dickerson, Craig James, Dan Marino, just to name a few. So, how many have you been to and which was your favorite?

1983 Cotton Bowl and the Armed Forces Bowl. Also the 1979 Cotton Bowl where Joe Montana pulled out a miracle against UH. I'm still warming up from that one.

1997 Fiesta Bowl: Texas vs Penn State- saw Joe Pa get off the bus, shook his hand
2000 Cotton Bowl: Texas vs Arkansas
2003 Cotton Bowl: Texas vs LSU
2009 Fiesta Bowl: Texas vs Ohio State- Ohio St. has the worst fans in the country, no question.
2010 Armed Forces Bowl: SMU vs Army- sucked
2010 National Championship (Rose Bowl): Texas vs Bama- Favorite-atmosphere and setting was incredible
2011 Cotton Bowl: A&M vs LSU- sat on the LSU side...that was a blast

2004 Hawaii Bowl Hawaii vs. UAB (purely a coincidence, my family was there for Christmas)
2007 Rose Bowl USC vs. Michigan
2009 Hawaii Bowl SMU vs. Nevada
2010 Armed Forces Bowl SMU vs. Army
2011 BBVA Compass Bowl SMU vs. Pitt

I am proud to say I have been to all three SMU bowl games that have happened in my lifetime. Hoping to make it four in a row this year.

1988 or 89 Orange Bowl - Miami playing in their home stadium, I was just a little kid but had a fun time soaking it all in.
1994 Orange Bowl - FSU vs Nebraska, Heisman winner Charlie Ward was QB for FSU in their first championship season. Rooting for Seminoles, had a blast cheering them on with the bulk of the crowd
1995 Orange Bowl - Miami vs Nebraska, rooting for Miami who lost. I remember that stupid Nebraska mascot bobbling up and down on the sidelines the whole game
2000 Orange Bowl (in Joe Robbie Stadium)- Michigan vs Alabama. Didn't care who won, good game, but not near as great as the atmosphere as the original Orange Bowl Stadium
2002 Citrus/Capitol One Bowl - Auburn vs Penn State, the Citrus Bowl in Orlando is a crappy stadium in a crappy area.
2003 Orange Bowl - USC vs Iowa, rooting for USC with my dad who is a trojan. 60k Iowa fans and about 15-20k USC fans. Iowa runs opening kickoff back for a TD, the place goes nuts. USC took over and dominated the 2nd half. Fun to watch the Iowa fans shut up.
2006 Orange Bowl - FSU vs Miami. Miami fans were pretty douchy, cursing at little kids in FSU gear, etc. Great game, I tried to look up the score, I guess this was one of Miami's games that has been stricken from the record for cheating.

Sadly, haven't been able to attend one of the SMU bowl games, but loved watching them on tv...ok, not the Armed Forces Bowl.

I've been to the last 3 as a band dude. My Mohawk/Diamond M combo was on ESPN during BBVA Compass Bowl when they panned to the trombone line. I was actually a graduate filling in so FREE TRIP
