Jeremy Johnson is a bright spot in out offense, and I think it's only going to get better for him. I'm hoping for a huge game for him on Saturday.

Saying one guy is best is like saying since one guy only dropped 5 passes and the other dropped 6 then that guy is the best. Why even bring it up? I haven't seen one guy catch the ball, maybe break a tackle and make a long run for a td or even just a long run. It is catch and be tackled with this group. The wide-open catch by DJ and half-hearted jog into the endzone at UTEP is about the energy-level I have seen with this group the majority of the time. Very little passion...just meander up to the line of scrimmage and come off 3/4 speed if the pass is to you and 1/2 speed if it isn't. Can't believe Phillips allows this but on the other hand does he even have much input since this is all about the head coach?
D Thompson caught a short pass against TCU, broke a tackle, and then took it to the house down the sideline. Other than that, you don't see many quick moves or broken tackles. The R & S is the most effective with an accurate pass and then a bunch of RAC.

I think both DJ and JJ have earned our support (think last year's TCU game and last year's bowl MVP). They have had trouble adjusting to the new QB, but the passing game continues to improve. Just a few feet (inches on what looked like a td in live play) from blowing UTEP out 31-0. And that's without 2 easy field goal misses and a tough one that had the distance and hit the post.

This thread was about complimenting Jeremy Johnson, not saying something negative

about anything else, but that is all you can do.

your posts are consistent in their blatant and idiotic support of June Jones. You are in no position to talk. Some people are pessimists and some people are optimists like yourself.
