as my handle suggests, i am all about smu...no one else. unless you count rice, who is not that big of a deal

UT. I was born a Longhorn, and I'll die one. I have to say I'm glad that UT and SMU never play, because that would be a tough one for me. I may go to SMU, and I love the Mustangs, but I'll always bleed Burnt Orange. After all, If God wasn't a Longhorn, why would He make sunsets Orange?

my friend, "juice", his brother plays football for rice so i cheer rice on but you gotta love UT. the pony ears are great but there's nothing more simple than throwing up your pinky and idex finger.
also, i think we need to have a live mustang on the field, like UT's bevo i guess, that stands over the flag of the opposing team. i want this so that when the mustang takes a dump, it'll crap on the opposing team's flag. what do y'all think?

I cheer for all Texas teams except when they play SMU

Texas A&M.

Dad was a Pony, Mom was an Aggie.

That's all. TCU isn't even allowed on TV in my apartment. In fact, I've been quoted as saying "I would rather my kid not go to college than go to TCU."

I'm all about SMU. . .and SMU alone.

I do like to see Rice do well simply because I have huge respect for Rice as an institution of higher learning.

Dad went to UT, so I always cheered for the horns growing up. It was mentioned in an earlier thread, but my dad use to say, when they cross the Red River, we are all on the same team.

Was born in Atlanta, so I have no ties to TX other than SMU. A bunch of my family members went to Florida, so I cheer for the Gators.

I root for whichever Texas school is playing UT, and if it is TCU playing UT, I root for the rath of God.

Agree with this. SMU first and then all Texas schools. My Texas pride makes me cheer for any Texas school vs. an out of state school.

None except when my Trojans are in Texas to play UT in Austin on Sept. 15, 2018.
