As someone pointed out, I live in Farmers Branch, I'm luck I can buy a sandwich, much less rights (or dignity)

Living in FB just means you have been saving towards this opportunity rather than paying a higher mortgage

Maybe we can get another womens' boutique crammed in there. Anybody walk around Snider Plaza lately? Jackson Armory's about all we have left.

Quality of NY Sub had substantially dropped off in recent years. I went there a few weeks ago and didn't even finish my sub because it was that bad.
