Really bad news. Dallas doesn't need another pizza joint. My favorite was the # 11 and was there the first year it opened....

May it R.I.P. As a transplant, NY subs was always a caricature of NY but it was the only place I could see tons of Yankees, giants and mets gear on the walls. Loved it.

This is horrible, I had been meaning to get over there to have a sub also. I feel like it is hard to find a decent coldcut place that isn't a chain (or I don't know the places to look).

It is sad he couldn't just have someone run the place while he retires. Then again, the rent income will be probably more than the sandwich income was in that neighborhood

It was never a good location. I literally forgot it existed for 25 years, only rediscovering it recently.
