I know not many respect the rules on social media, but isn't it an NCAA violation to interact with recruits on social media?

No reason to interact, just follow him. Recruits notice who new followers are and what school they represent. Shows interest level in the program.

Don't be holier than thou. Show the kid love. What recruits notice is no SMU fans vs armies at other schools.

We are just a bit gun shy since the NCAA has a target painted on our back side.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Seems to me that target is on the front side, below the stomach and above the knees.

IΓÇÖve always wondered what the cost to SMU was of losing out on Larry Johnson.
One could argue it was potentially $100M+
at a minimum we could have had a multi-decade successful BB program.

Re: Lathon to visit
Louisville parlayed that, among other things, into inclusion into the AAC. How mich is that worth?
