SMU Fans Are Easily the Worst in College Football.

SMU has clearly shown for almost 2 decades that they are not committed to fielding a competitive football team. This begs the question, Why would a college football fan come to SMU? The result of this football policy is that SMU attracts students who aren't really fans of SMU. We have some college football fans but not SMU fans. It's a very strange situation. Ask yourself this. If you were a 17 year old hs senior college football fan who was trying to decide where to go to college, Where would you go? Would you go to a school that (academics being equal) did very poorly at football? SMU is getting high caliber students. The current average SAT is 1200 for the incoming class. This is great. I am glad to see it. We are now well on our way to becoming the Emory of the southwest. As soon as we finish our mission and completely destroy the football team then we can rightfully carry that banner with pride.

My, my, my...did I upset you, jt? Why so suddenly defensive of a football program that hasn't had a winning season in God knows how long? Make up your mind, boy. One minute you're bashing this program and now you're defending it? Get a grip on reality. As you and several others on this board have said so often, SMU's football program is headed for Div. 1-AA (or lower or maybe into extinction). Congratulations. he ain't mad because you are bashing the football team-JTStang doesn't worry about things like that--he is mad because you bashed the fabulous display of Hot Chicks on the Boulevard which simply makes you an IDIOT. Sorry but you deserve that title after coming on an SMU board and calling SMU chicks Hookers. No they wouldn't. The girls on the Blvd. make the crap on the field watchable. Even the 'Vard can't keep that up much longer.

Stallion: get the facts straight. I called 'em sluts & SMUt's, not Hookers. And jt says 'screw you' twice...once in reference to my statement about Sam Houston winning more games than SMU and secondly about the SMU coeds. And I can't believe that all of ya'll are so bent out of shape over what I think about how SMU's coeds dress on The Blvd. It's laughable. As many of you have said so many times, what does my opinion matter? I didn't go to SMU so my opinion is not worth a sh*t. Are ya'll actually wasting your time DEFENDING SMU's coeds instead of discussing the football team? Is this the state of things on The Hilltop? Let's just rename this fan site: www.smuhotchicks.com.

Hey, MrMustang1965 is just stating an opinion on the way a few young coeds looked (on the Blvd).

As the father of a teenage girl, with a little knowledge of the new fashions, I would say a few of 'em looked like they belonged at the "Colonial"!

Which isn't necessarily a bad thing...

What the hell, guys? Fighting about SMU girls? Apparently SMU frat guys never change. I might personally agree with MrMustang, but seriously, there are better things to fight about.

I can't believe this crap. "Hot chicks is all we HAVE at this point" and all the bickering about who came from where. MrMustang has shown MORE school pride than 90-95% of the SMU alums. Whatever this is just ridiculous.
