Don't understand why you would say that about June. He's not an overly "chatty" person, but he's not the hunchback of Ford Stadium either. He makes the rounds on campus - probably more than any other head coach - surely you know that, Shirley.
Oh, now we're just making stuff up!
June is a great recruiter!
The RnS is an innovative offense for the 21sr century!

Great idea! Maybe we can also wear maroon vs A&M to "honor our opponent".
In all seriousness, I would love to see this game be a blue-out. That way we could distinguish our fans from the sand aggies and BRING BACK THE BLUE UNIFORMS!

This is what I would expect as well...why push this game when there are other much less desirable opponents later in the season. Tech fans will overrun the stadium for Kingsbury. Yuck
I sure hope SMU administration won't think that way. That is broken thinking. Nobody should be content with a home sellout because the opponent buys half the tickets. Spend the resources and effort now. That win will turn heads and open eyes. Attendance going forward will be positively affected. WE pack the house and our young men WILL play above themselves. Every SMU fan in that crowd will be moved by the electricity. It's coming.
Optimism has been crushed out of me. I'll go in colors and cheer like hell but I've seen too many SMU televised beat-downs from medium-to-good Big 12 opponents to get my hopes up. Most televised games I end up wishing it wasn't televised. We crap the bed in those games.

Well, Humme is going to change things some and Gilbert can now run - i am hoping we see more different plays this yr and somehow break the opener losing trend. What we have seen --- For some reason this offense takes all season to gel.

Possibly due to the limited contact/less than full speed in preseason practice. Team always looks shocked at the actual speed of the game that game or two........
