Hard to make more money than you can in commission sales. But you need to be good.

Gerald Turner 3rd highest paid school president

Well I am happy where I am today. I have done the same thing for 23+ years and have loved it. Got good enough that I am in demand, and I am going to walk away from it while I still have some energy to play.

tuition only 68-69 was $500/semester. went up 20% the next year to $600/semester, I was outraged with the increase.
total back then was about $2000/year
to equate to the rising cost of college
$2000 year / $1.50 minimum hourly wage = 1,333 hours to pay for one year
$66484 year / $7.,25 minimum hourly wage = 9,170 hours.

so college cost is almost 7 times more '68-'69 compared to now. it's just a crime.

When I was at SMU (early 90's), U. S. News & World report named SMU as one of the best values because it was in the low $20s

SMU's education got me into law school. After graduating, made $16,000 per year first year. I got a big jump after 8 years to $40,000 when I switched firms. Trust me, you can live on $55,000 per year, even in style if you know how to do it.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
