How much are these security personnel getting paid. Seriously, if you offer a Popeyes Chicken wage, you will get a Popeyes Chicken employee. This is what we need to do: reduce the staff by two thirds, and double the wage, thereby attracting a higher quality, more efficient workforce and saving money for the dept. at the same time. Either that or eliminate the paid position altogether and use devoted, elderly volunteers, as tmustangp suggested in an earlier post. Dallas Elk Lodge, anyone?

Called and left a message to read the board and see other that other people are not happy with the customer service.

The 100 or so that get on this board love SMU and want nothing but the best. Best players, best coaches, best customer service.

I wonder what that loud sound coming from the sigma chi house was when I walked by on my way to the blvd. Sounded like they were having a really, really good time in there.

Please put a STICKY on this until the policy is changed.

No "Happy Birthday" signs and no in-out.

I'm probably going to catch hell for this, but I have to ask.....what's the purpose of leaving at halftime, even if you are coming back in for the second half? What am I missing by staying in the stands?

You know I think there actually was an effort to improve their performance at least inside the stadium(Caveat I didn't make it to the Boulevard because of Dad's B-Day party). I got a smile and a cheerful attitude from every attendant I came across-but that may be because I'm so good-looking. Nobody else noticed this? ..one.. two... three

Nothing.
Hungry? Pig out before the game.
Thirsty? Drink up before the game, or continue drinking during the game. That can be done.
Got a party to get to? Tough - tell them you'll get there after the game.
Kudos to you, Abezontar, and everyone else who stays at the game FROM START TO FINISH.
Go PONIES!

How about to grab a smoke and talk to the other tailgate hosts that are packing away their chairs, tents, flag pole, tables and picking up trash.

I feel good standing up and moving after a couple hours and sitting/standing/yelling in the stands.

Please go back and read the U. Texas policy.

If you want to act like we are top 25. Look at their policy.

For what it is worth, my wife and I had a good experience with the yellow shirts on Saturday. We brought our 15-month-old to the game; we had juice and water for him in a backpack. Even though it is technically against the policy to allow outside refreshments in -- and while they did raise an eyebrow when they saw it -- they let us through with no hassle.

Although I agree with you in principle about in-out privileges, you really need to quit smoking. You'll have a hard time cheering for the Mustangs from inside a coffin when we are really good in about twenty years. Other than that, you should certainly be allowed to go out and grab a few cold ones at your tailgate spot during halftime.

I don't like leaving at all during the game because I'm more afraid that I'm going to miss something IN the stadium. BUT, if ever the case arose that I might need to leave the stadium around halftime, I would like to come back in. I'm sure there are some things that need to be done. As mentioned, somebody's daughter wanted to get a sweater from the car. I can understand not wanting to buy an overpriced sweatshirt if you have a sweater in the car.

I'm sure some people have their reasons and I don't mind letting them back in to help our stands look a little better in the second half.

Stallion, I mentioned before that I noticed some improvement, but there's still A LOT more room for improvement.

I don't really have a problem with creating a reentry policy that makes sense, I just never feel the need to leave once the game has started and wondered why it was so important to so many people.

I still say the only reason for not allowing the reentry is to keep people in so they will spend money at the concessions. Maybe they could tie it in with the Mustang Club. If you contribute $100.00 or more (pick a $ amount) you get a badge that allows leaving and reentry. They could probably increase MC revenues by far more than the concession intake.

If they wanted to make a ton of money ( more than the 50 thousand they lost Saturday with BAD customer service )

Open the tent up in the ned zone with beer and wine.

Stick a few bails of hay to sit on and start making some money.
