Cinci should be in a division with the Eastern teams. It keeps a little more history and familiarity in the divisions.

I figure we either go east/west and look like the scenario 1st posed in this thread or we go north/south in which case we might be in with Tulsa, Houston, Tulane, UCF and USF in the south while Memphis, Cincy, ECU, Temple, UConn and navy make up the north
In bball, no divisions. I hope we go to 20 conference games (home/home against everyone in the AAC), giving the top 5 finishers a 1st round bye in the tournament with the bottom 6 playing 1st round games. Otherwise it is awkward with Navy playing as a football only member

All are relatively recent as well.
This can actually become a Power Conference if those teams you mentioned as well as SMU become top 25 programs.
Yes, if the conference gets 7 teams in the top 25 consistently it will be a power conference. Insightful.
