John Pope tops my list not only was he a hard hitter but he had the little black book to back up all the hits he was making. This Silvester Stalone look alike was among the greatest players to walk on and off the field but his off the field hits were the most impressive

Noticed your logo that you used. I'm trying to date all the SMU logos. Is your's from the 40's? I would be curious how long they used it b/c it would be one of the classics.
I know they brought it back for awhile under Dave Smith in the mid 70's.
