We missed out on a juco from......a juco. Obviously it’s a kick to the nuts, but come on guys...our identity is not defined by what Rickey Torres thinks of us. Big picture guys. If we are to be taken seriously, Rickey Torres is not gonna be the measuring stick of what we are. Have a little faith in our new financial commitment,we all paid good money for it. Patience.....

That's how I do my oven brisket when I don't have time for the full smoker method. 225 overnight. Wrap in parchment. Hit with a little pecan smoke first if I can

Smoke it then sous vide that bad boy. Or you can even simple sous vide it the entire way with liquid smoke. Most tender brisket you will ever taste and super simple to control the cook.

GREAT recruiting really is about who you get when you miss on the ones you really wanted--there are about 20 offers for our targets-got to have an Ace in the Hole which could be a stop gap plan or a long term plan--but believe it or not there probably is a better option (Nic Moore/Ben Moore types) out there than Rickey Torres-just got to find him
