Refreshing to see a kid's own assessment of the strength of his game refer to perimeter man-to-man defense, and particularly shutting down the other team's top shooters. God knows we could use as much of that as we can get.

I thought Woods had committed to Baylor????

According to Rivals, he trimmed his list down to three (SMU, Baylor, DePaul) on Aug 25th. He is a four star and the #40 ranked player and #9 SF in the 2005 class. This would be a great get for us.

How long has it been since we had two top 40 national players giving us serious consideration?

Anyone know how big Woods is? Didn't see it mentioned in the article.

Two top 40 guys? Is Eaton rated that high? Or is there someone else I'm forgetting?

Woods is about 6'6", in that neighborhood.

Eaton is rated in front of Woods on some lists, but there are so many Top 100 "Lists" out there they become somewhat irrelevant. He's an impact player, thats the only bottom line that really matters.
