....very good publicity for Tech and its John Jenkins wannabe. Building up quite a reputation with goal-post fencing, human hand-grenades to embarass the US Military Academy in a time of war and now using the hurry up offense to make a victory seem respectable against an 0-13 team -AND FAILING!. Didn't hear it but I hear Norm Hitges also was very impressed.

Each show on the Ticket so far has spent an ample amount of time on the subject of Saturday's game. It's priceless publicity for us, because we came out looking good, even in a loss. When can you usually say that?

Give SMU another chance to get a piece of Leach. We took UH in 1992 after they showed no class in 1989. Tech will get theirs too. I wanrt the ponies to have get satisfaction.

hardline chimed in, too. Most pub SMU's gotten on the Ticket in years.

Corby (TCU grad)- Went to game, loves the boulevard, thinks Leach is a piece of [deleted].

Mike Rhyner (idiot)- No opinion; thinks SMU should quit playing football;

Greg Hammer Williams (TCU grad and idiot)- Saw nothing wrong with it, but everyone on the crew thought he was an idiot. Also said he thought TCu was paying players and was going to get caught.

Will you please stop crying. The only reason we took this game with you is to run up the score and stat up...and that means all four quarters. You should be thanking us for taking this game with you so you dont get dropped down to D2 where you belong because you can't keep and average attendance of 15K.

Since you’re here, could we ask a couple of questions? Thanks for your time:

- I was scanning the BYU football website, but I could not find anything about you. Since you are a BYU alum, it was probably an oversight because we all know most every head coach in D-I has played THE game. So tell us, excluding intramurals, how many TD’s did you throw/catch/run during your illustrious career? What… None?...
- What? Oh, you played intramural rugby at BYU! That explains it. Whew, I’ll bet those Mormons put together quite a scrum (but I digress)…
- So, could you help me about that promising career of ‘semi-pro’ baseball you brag about during the time you studied law at Pepperdine? Neither "Google" nor I can find anything on your baseball prowess? Don’t tell me… You were in Cambodia when you played baseball & there’s no record of your ERA?
- Hmmm. You attended BYU & "Church of Christ Pepperdine U", but common sportsmanship never rubbed off on you (sorry, idle thoughts again)
Anyway, let’s get to the game.
- Um, do you think it was a poor decision to use your timeouts early in the 2nd half? He**, you could’a used them in the last few seconds to setup a triple reverse or something to get into that endzone & help Gumby, er Cumbie, have some more snaps…
- Last question:
With all the time delay from the skirmish & turmoil at the end of the game, did you have a hard time finding a liquor store that was still open??? Long way to the 'strip', huh Coach?

I'm just amused that there are Tech fans who are registering to defend that jerk AFTER the game, even though they never made a post before the game. Folks like Techsan81 and those of his ilk are welcome here. The late arrivals are a bore.
