Matt Williams Gets 3 Stars By Rivals
I was a little surprised at that ranking based on the level of competition he plays but the post the other day about his 30+ against top 5A and 4A programs eases that a lot. Hopefully he'll finally be the guy who can rain 3s from the perimeter. Apparently, he's had two games already with 10 threes. BTW did he play he play on a AAU team?

I am pretty sure that he did not play AAU ball this past summer.
Williams definitely did not play for any of the high profile or medium profile clubs in Dallas. He might have played some games with an obscure team.
One of my connections on the AAU circuit told me that Williams did not play summer ball, and did not go to any of the shoe camps(Nike, Adidas, etc.). Supposedly he did participate in some of the college elite camps, though.
