Two of these coaches are WAC (UTEP/Nevada) and Frank Haith @ Miami (who was on the SMU list for coaches I believe)

I don't think we would have gotten Haith anyway. The chance to coach in the ACC against the big boys has to be a great opportunity for any coach. If they pull off a miracle, they are set for life. If they fall on their face, they are then a "name" coach who coached in the ACC and can get a job in just about any other conference.
