One time to voice my thoughts

Head Coaches are like the US President. they don't do the day to day bill writing or detail coaching, THEY LEAD.

Keep most of the coaches on the staff now and bring in Charlie Waters to lead. We need a few new coaches 3 that come to mind but our defense is strong. Recruiting is getting better and the strength program has vision and desire.

In total - Hire Charlie Today
We need to get Dallas back on our side and he is the healer.

You will never be happy with just one time BUS....

The thought of being able to keep Schumann, the Diesel, Ringo and some of the other coaches is very appealing to me right now....this wagon may not be all that hard to climb up on after all! The next question would be would these coaches stay if asked to? We are all assuming that they would. Anyone with any insight here?

Think about the ones you mentioned.... They have not been with Coach Cavan that long, some less than a year.

If they like the facilities why would not they stay and bring this team and school up as they planned when they signed on?

RUMOR mill....Schumann has already been offered a job elsewhere. Don't have any specifics yet and don't know that he would take it if rumor is true. Would hate to lose him. He's a good guy and great DC.
