The DMN reports that DT Brent Karrington has quit the team as a result of an injury.

I think it is a chronic shoulder problem.

I heard the same thing about Travis Hunt... was moving to his highschool position WR this spring. (same position as cousin Jabar Gaffney) Would've loved to see that move!!....Tore Quad 3rd time. Still on Scholarship but cant play anymore.. Could not stay healthy...had a chronic quad problem his whole career here. Good luck in the future for both of them. Also I was told that Cedric Vinson's Career might be done also.....Same injury as Reggie Carrington except believe it or not, alot more severe!!

Starting DE Karrington has recieved a medical per his mom. He will have two surgeries this year(on each shoulder)and begin rehab for the future. More play will be determined after completing rehab.

I didn't think anyone, at this point, is a starter.
With that said .... I hope Brent recovers from both operations and regains full, pain-free use of his shoulders, whether or not he plays again.

Thoughts are with Brent for a speedy rehab. What is the status on the other two players?
