EMMANUEL SANDERS ! FR WR

Post by westexSMU »

SMU freshman WR Emmanuel Sanders looked Great in the THSCA All-Star Football game at the Alamodome in San Antonio tonight . I was there. Sanders showed great speed and moves on a long yardage pass play where he was finally stopped at the 4 yard line. He also caught over the middle and caught some passes thrown behind him. He even played DB at the end of the game and knocked away a pass in the end zone against an A&M bound WR stoppng any chances for a North comeback! I think he may have chance to play early.

Yeah he played very well. I saw his interview on the sidelines. Seems like a very engaging and fine young man. Looks like we have a winner off the field, lets hope he does well on the field.

Seems like a nice respectful young man, nice skills too. Probably needs to hit the weight room, Hodges was five yards behind. and ran him down.

That makes no sense. he needs to get in the weightroom because he got ran down from behind. every skill player that has played football has been ran down from behind.

sorry! i should have elaborated a little bit more. he looks a LITTLE thin....... so extra strength and muscle, will help him get off the line in press coverage, be a more effective blocker, resist injury over the coarse of a long season, fight off defenders going up for jump balls, make him more explosive coming off the line of scrimmage, added strength in his lower body can make him a step faster and quicker
