$65 million sticks in my head. Maybe that includes the all sports center. Its all one facility to me.

56MM if I recall correctly, and that included the all-sports facility, but not the weights in the weight room (another donation).

Holds 32k, expandable to 45k, used cheaper construction upper level using aluminum risers and floors, but they are all doing that nowadays (Ark expansion looks like Reynolds Aluminum Wrap Stadium)...but ours is covered by a nice brick facade.
