Words with Warrie Birdwell

Post by Damon'sDaMan »

Love that kid. He gets no pub as a player, and he's always making plays. And I like what he has to say - looks like he's ready for Navy today. Nice to hear what he has to say about Marcus Walker, too.

Speaking of Marcus, any word on his shoulder? How'd the surgery go?

Great interview. Keep up the good work.

Sounds like Warrie and Lute Croy are going to be just fine in the middle. A lot of people are writing off this year's defensive line, but those two are big, strong and experienced. Keep them healthy, and rotate in Allan Adami, and we've got a nice trio. And Marcus Walker will be a nice addition to the mix, when he's healthy.

It looked as if Croy and Adami were the starters going into the fall. They were the starters all spring so I guess I just assumed that's how it was going to be for next season. Then again I'm new at all this so I may be wrong, so let me know if I am.
