7 on 7

Question regarding the teams throwing sessions. They other day I drove by and it appeared they were playing a pick up game or something. Do they not run 7 on 7 anymore? One more question, have there been a good number of freshman working out with the team this summer, if so how do they look? Hard workers or just being freshman coming in and riding their scholarship in the weight room and on the field. Good Luck mustangs.
