It sounds to me like mom and dad are mad about 16 yr. old daughter's 20 yr. old boyfriend and filed a complaint against him.

But I could be totally wrong.

I used to live in SMU apartments as well. I'm going to miss them when they put the library there. I expect free tickets to the opening.

The girl told her parents she was spending the night at her friend's house(the next day was president's day and she didn't have to go to school) She had her friend drop her off at this guy's house (apparently an SMU tennis player) and they did whatever...the next day the dad called the friend's house wondering where his daughter was...finally the friend spilled the beans and the dad came up to smu campus to find his daughter in the apartment(the student was in class). The dad took the girl to the hospital to get a rape kit - screaming sexual assault.
