Just went over to the Holy Land this afternoon

Post by Big10Ponyfan »

Friends,

Got my tickets for the North Texas game. And the good news is that there is no processing fee if you go to Ford to get them. By the way, our seats are in sections K and J.

I paid off the balance on my Mustang Club dues. I rejoined the Mustang club after a four-year layoff. Copeland, ya know. And then grabbed a media guide.

Moved over to the bookstore and bought a new cheerleading outfit for my 6-year-old daughter.

Best part of the 1-hour stay was I ran across an unidentified player and said, "Let's kick some Tech [deleted].''

He responded, "Yes, sir. We will.''

Our campus looks beautiful, although the grass on The Mall needs to be cut.

I think North Texas started class this week, so they won't be able to cut it until this weekend.

San Jose has Silicon Valley.
Richardson has the Telecom Corridor (or "had" it before the telecoms did a nose dive).

What is this??

Green friggin' acres? (Denton, that is)

 That is a lot of landscaping places!
I guess they're not smart enough to move away once they've graduated.

Glad to hear such a polite and confident answer from one of our guys. :D

By the way, Pony Pride. Do you know somebody by the name of Anne Dierson?

Time to let your cheerleaders out to graze again, they will have it chewed down in no time.

Grass is too high?

Post by emmitt01 »

I can't believe the grass could get to that height. There must be tons of people around Ford Field that could get that done. Just get it done on a Saturday. Or, at least, one would think there would be tons of people just sitting around in that area on a Saturday. They'd be the people you include in your attendance count that wouldn't appear in a snapshot of the inside of the stadium.

Last time I checked, football season hadn't started. Which explains why no one is sitting in Ford right now.

Question still remains "smu diamond m": Whether football season has started or not, how will you still know the difference in the stands?
