Kenard Burley

Did anyone else see on the news that someone came into Scurry-Rosser HS - the school that has SMU commitment Kenard Burley - with a shotgun, poured gasoline all over himself and started making threats (Friday, I think). The news said he was wrestled down by the principal, who then took the gun away from him, and then he was controlled by teachers "and some football players" until the police arrived. Don't know if Burley was involved, and frankly, I'm just glad nobody was hurt.

Well said, ITWT - it doesn't matter whether Burley was one of the heroes or not. It's just a great thing nobody was hurt. I read about the incident, and it said that the guy with the shotgun has been "unstable" for years. I hope he gets the help he needs.
