Apparently the back up QB has quit the team and is planning on transfering. This had been a rumor all season but now seams to be reality

It must be the beggining of the mass exodus of SMU players due to the impending PB firing!

Or maybe its because he was third on the depth chart led by a player who broke all of SMU's QB records this season. One of the two.

Possibly transferring to Colorado to play....The likelihood of him playing there is slim to none.

Like everyone else, I hope it's for the latter reason, if it's true.

Anyone know where he's headed?

I would say it's the latter. I know this kid and he is a competitor. I'm sure he is just looking to gain a little more playing time. Good luck.

EJ is transferring to Colorado... I spoke to him last week and he is planning on trying to play ball up there.. Best of Luck!

Lost in the shuffle is that Slater is likely transferring, too. We do need a backup QB. Who knows when our QB will punch someone next?

Seems like QB's are the ones that transfer the most. I don't blame him for transferring, best of luck to Eric
