Another three star upgrade

Derrius Bell was recently upgraded to three-stars on Rivals... at least I think it was a recent upgrade.

I also saw taht the WR from Mansfield was upgraded to a 3 star

Yea, Bradley Haynes was upgraded a few days ago as well.

I also saw that Justin Johnson (TCU commit) was at three stars... was he always or is this a new upgrade as well?

Justin Johnson is a UH commit and yes has always been a 3 star recruit.
