WAC vs C-USA

Whether the WAC cherry picks the western C-USA schools or the other way around depends very much on who has the most to offer. Unfortunately, the EWAC has no bowls and no TV money to offer. C-USA does. That is why TCU jumped ship.

No, TCU jumped for the same reasons SMU was looking ot join CUSA three years ago, BASKETBALL. CUSA is a basketball conference first and the TV money or bowl $$$ are break even at best. While they have helped themselves in the bowl area recently, it still is an tenuous sitation.

OK, then basketball is another reason C-USA has an edge on the EWAC. Add that to the reasons I stated in my original post. Benson seems to have concentrated on the WWAC. He hasn't helped us at all.
