New Advertising Companies

Post by perunapower »

SMU joins with two advertising agencies to help boost attendance to football and basketball games. Very impressive stuff. Hopefully it'll improve attendance this coming season.

The Richards Group and Camelot are both big time, obviously. Hopefully this helps.

From the article:

The Richards Group, located in Dallas, is the largest independent branding agency in the nation. Agency clients include the standard-setting brands of Amstel Light, Bridgestone Firestone, Chick-fil-A, Fruit of the Loom, The Home Depot, Motel 6, Red Lobster and Zales Jewelers. TRG billed over $1.2 billion in 2006.

It helps that an SMU alum (David Hall) works at The Richards Group. His seats were near mine at Ford the past two years.

Nope. They're not. Because I didn't buy season tickets this year. ;)
