Good. I hope the NCAA says that if California schools harm the Amateur status of any players that team is ineligible to compete in NCAA athletics. Maybe the PAC-8 (USC and Stanford are private schools) will do fine without UCLA and California, and the WAC can survive without Fresno State and San Jose State. Then those schools can sue the NCAA for antitrust, and then it will be open season. SMU will be open for business. No one can outbid us for talent, just ask the old SWC.
