SMU Ticket Office

I have not received my tickets or BB pass with 10 days until kickoff. I have called the ticket office but they are closed and not accepting phone calls.

Any ideas?

Can you leave a message? Similar situation a couple of weeks ago and I left a message. They called me back within the hour.

I still have not received my tickets, and YES, I need them two weeks before the 1st game becuase I have to distribute the tickets to all the 13 people in my season ticket group.
