Sorry,

Figured this was the only way to get General Patton to say something bad about PB.

That kid had it comin' for acting like a coward when other soldiers were in that hospital fighting for their lives.

But I'll take that as a no.

But I can assure you that our band is as useful as our defense.

They've always spoken highly of you. (with apologies to mrydel) If the Mustang Band played your theme song - the only tune that the aTm band has memorized within the past 20 years! - would you feel differently?

I think the band needs to add "Suicide is Painless" to their book this season.

For the record, the SMU band was not at Indian Stadium last night.

I believe there's only ONE piccolo player in the Mustang Band and she's the granddaughter of the late Mustang Band assistant director Jack Rohr. Slapping her would NOT be a good idea...her father's a pretty tough guy (and now an honorary Mustang Band member!) and her uncle is a retired Marine lieutenant colonel with two Iraq tours under his belt.

There's more than one piccolo player in the band...probably at least 3. I'm not sure, I lost count.

It's great that we're all talking about an instrument that brings nothing to our halftime performances. I'll say it again, our band is crappy and needs to get it together. But at least I faith they will.

Our team? Don't count on it!!

Take it easy on the band. Yes, the Fiddler on the Roof was not their best skit, but the band is the only portion of the students that we can count on for regular attendance. I look forward to watching the band at the rest of the games!!!

Oh yeah....and I honestly think they are the only ones that know the fight song.

Sorry...can't say that I do.
