Did I read that correctly? C-USA is trying to lure SMU and Tulsa while the WAC is trying to get Houston and TCU? That sounds pretty off the wall to me. I heard TCU's AD yesterday on ESPN radio and he clearly wants to stay in the central or eastern time zones.

I'd love to see SMU and TCU as conference rivals again, but even if TCU re-joins the WAC, I would say SMU would benefit most from a move to C-USA. Five remaining years on a TV contract with ABC/ESPN/CBS has GOT to be more lucrative than the nickel-and-dime cable-access deal that the WAC has.
