I do not know if these are good places to eat in Dallas, but my family has catered in a sports stadium many times and although most of the profits go to the stadium, .50 on the dollar, plus rent, it is a great marketing tool and the fans are so happy to eat and drink quality refreshments. Anyway FYI.

If we got some of those places operating the concessions, I might actually start buying concessions again. Keep one or two stands selling your normal hotdogs, pretzels and popcorn. Or you could try outsourcing that as well...maybe Wild About Harry's would be up for selling hot dogs at the games. That's a hot dog worth the $4.
"He was quoting the Bible, Revelations. 'Behold the pale horse.' The man who 'sat on him was Death... and Hell followed with him.'"
"You tell 'em I'm coming... and hell's coming with me!"

I think they're just fine. It's a ballgame, not the Old Warsaw. The cold drinks are good, the hot dogs are hot (even though I prefer cold), the peanuts are semi-stale, and the folks running the concessions stand are volunteering for their church or group and work hard. That's what I expect at a sporting event. If you want top-o'-the-line cuisine, eat before or after the game and avoid the concession stands.

(although berger is usually right, just not this time)
Translation:
Shut up, sit down, and accept 2nd rate crappy concessions.
And yeah it doesn't matter that TCU and many other colleges can get the job done but in a brand new state of the art facility we can't even get the food right. And all those families that come out to try SMU for the first time should just "take it or leave it" and have a less enjoyable total entertainment experience.
